A big round crystal sits raised in a square halo of smaller stones, and the band doesn't taper away politely. It carries two channels of baguette-cut crystal down each shoulder, edged in pavé. The square frame around a round stone is what does the work: it squares off the sparkle and makes the centre read larger than it measures.
